Duvall Home - Rinker Group Home/APD (Volusia County)

This program includes both residential and non-residential facilities. Examples of residential facilities include, but are not limited to, assisted living facilities, foster homes, hospice, group homes, and mental health facilities. Non-residential facilities include child care centers licensed by DCF, public schools, and private schools. Adult day care centers, nursing homes and hospitals are not part of the group care inspection program. The objective of the program is to assure that group care facilities comply with minimum standards relating to the protection of health, safety, and well being of those using these facilities.
