Frostproof Care Center

Provide basic needs and continuing support to individuals and families in emergency or transitional situations in southeastern Polk County. The faith-based social service agency provides assistance with rent, utilities, clothing, furniture, food, medical and transportation. We also give food and gifts to families and the elderly during the holidays and run a summer program in conjunction with the Polk County School Board to provide nutritious lunches and activities for children.
