United Way

United Way of Central Florida is an umbrella organization to 62 social services and related agencies throughout Polk, Hardee and Highlands counties.

United Way also facilitates the Success By 6 initiative, promoting pre-school literacy and early learning development from its headquarters at the Family Fundamentals offices, 1021 Lakeland Hills Blvd., Lakeland.

Additionally, United Way serves as a one-stop information and referral source, guiding people to the appropriate social or human service agency or program that meets their needs.
