Provide an information and support network for families and professionals. We pursue information on best practices regarding the education of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with an emphasis on inclusive education, and collaborate with local educators. In 2008, we will establish a treatment clinic emphasizing intensive behavioral intervention. We provide summer camp for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Lakeland. We work with local churches to encourage inclusive worship opportunities.
Started by families of children with autism and concerned professionals, we desire simple options of dignity for our children with autism. We use the term 'options' when we proclaim rights for people with disabilities. We believe they have the right to live their lives with dignity, growth and development within their own communities, rights jointly claimed by all citizens.
Help with Autism Walk and Round Up for Autism; administrative support; video production; holiday and summer camps.
