National Alliance On Mental Illness Of Polk County

Serve as an information station for locating local mental health services and provide information/education about mental illnesses.
To offer support, information, education and advocacy training to individuals with mental illness and their families. NAMI also works to eliminate the stigma of mental illness by educating the general public.
Support group facilitators, speakers, serve on committees on advocacy, legislative, programs, stigma, special events and children's issues.
