Kathleen Fall Festival

The Kathleen Area Historical Society stages a Fall Festival on the third Saturday of October each year.

The activities include a historic flag display, children's games, wood carvers, flea market and craft vendors.

This is also the society's annual barbecue with chicken dinners, pork sandwiches, corn dogs, funnel cakes and home-made candies.

The festival will begin at Heritage Park, a 9-acre site at 8950 N. Campbell Road, off West Socrum Loop Road.

Admission is free.
