Florida Air Museum

The Florida Air Museum at Sun 'n Fun displays a variety of aircraft and artifacts covering the history of the first 100 years of flight.

The 20,000-square-foot museum houses a collection of approximately 45 experimental and home-built aircraft along with several assorted outdoor displays. Overall, the museum showcases more than 80 aircraft.

The museum is operated by the Sun 'n Fun Aviation Foundation, a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1987.

The Florida Air Museum is at 4175 Medulla Road in Lakeland.

The museum is open from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $6 for students. Children younger than 5 years are admitted free.
