How to File A Complaint

If you have a complaint with a school official or staff member, first talk to the principal of your school.

If your complaint has not been resolved, call the Polk County School District office at 863-534-0500 and ask for a supervisor of the particular school in question.

If you are still not satisfied, contact a Polk County School Board member.
