"Our focus is on economic development," Town Manager Andy Stewart said. "We're trying to make ourselves more marketable."
To accomplish that, the city is considering partnerships with other cities, particularly cities with economic development councils.
Dundee is trying to cash in on traffic generated by the new Legoland Florida theme park in Winter Haven.
"We're the last city before Legoland," Stewart said, referring to drivers headed south on the interstate.

Government: The Town Council has five members. The town manager is appointed. The mayor and council members serve two-year terms on a rotating basis. The vice mayor is elected by the council. The mayor is paid $375 a month. Council members are paid $275 a month. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
