Derek Lavonte "Pacman" Scott, 18, of Lakeland told detectives he was just "playing" when he shot Courtney D. Bomar, 40, of Lakeland in the head, killing him. Scott and Bomar were among a group of people at the home of Bomar's girlfriend, Cynthia Johnson, watching "Gangstas and Thugs," according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
