According to police, Michael Lynn Herrin, whose last known address was 104 Bridget Lane, was found dead at 723 Sunset Ave. Police received a call from the possible suspect in the incident about 1:23 a.m. telling them of a fight and stabbing. Investigators have the suspect, who they are not identifying, in custody. Police say investigators have determined the two knew each other. Investigators are trying to determine if the stabbing was in self defense.
