Not only does he ignore the law, he doesn't care that he's ignoring it. He's rude to lawyers and parties. Fails to do orders timely, and fails to enter orders that are provided to him.

Tough judge, but not well informed, easily confused.

Politically motivated. Doesn't understand simple concepts of criminal procedure despite his years of experience. Unprofessional.

Plain spoken and familiar with his community.

Appears somewhat unsure of himself at times, but will undoubtedly become an excellent judge.
