GAME RECAP:
Deion Branch tied a Super Bowl record with 11 catches and the New England defense forced four turnovers to help the Patriots win their third title in four years. Branch had 133 yards on those catches. The game was tied at 14 heading into the fourth. Corey Dillon’s 2-yard run and Adam Vinatieri’s 22-yard field goal gave the Patriots a 10-point lead. But Donovan McNabb found Greg Lewis for a 30-yard score to cut the lead to 24-21. The Eagles had one final chance but McNabb was intercepted by Rodney Harrison to end the contest.
